📦 Checking Your Order Status

How do I know what's happening with my order?

Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order number. You can track your order by the below:

  1. Check the email sent by LXTEK Mobility.

Can't find the confirmation email? Check your spam folder first, then Contact us if it's still missing.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Has my e-bike shipped? How do I track it?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number. From there you can:

  • Click the tracking link in the email for real-time updates

  • Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually

Estimated delivery times:

Region Estimated Arrival

Major cities 2–3 business days

Regional areas 3–5 business days

Remote areas 5–7 business days

If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, please get in touch with us.

🔧 Warranty & After-Sales Support

What's covered under warranty?

Every e-bike comes with our standard warranty:

  • Whole bike: 1 year from date of purchase

  • Battery pack: 2 years or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first)

  • Motor: 2 years from date of purchase

What's not covered?

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Physical damage from accidents, drops, or water exposure

  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, chain, etc.)

How do I make a warranty claim?

  1. Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video

  2. Our team will review and arrange repair, replacement, or return as appropriate

  3. Parts are covered at no cost during the warranty period, a service fee may apply for on-site visits

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept return and exchange requests in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered

  • The product was damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or video as evidence. Requests outside these conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
