1. Warranty Coverage

• LXTEK electric bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty covering:

  • Motor and electrical system

  • Battery defects

  • Frame structural defects

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear (tires, brake pads, cables)

  • Accidents, misuse, or modifications

  • Water damage or unauthorized repairs

2. How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact our support team at support@lxtekmobility.com.

2. Provide your order number, bike model, and a description of the issue.

3. We may request photos or a video of the problem.

4. LXTEK will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or authorized service.

3. Warranty Service

• LXTEK may repair or replace defective components at our discretion.

• Shipping costs for warranty service are covered by LXTEK for defective items.

• Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
